1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is TODO: registered name and seat of the controller, the operator of the Księgowskaz application available at ksiegowskaz.pl. In data protection matters you can reach us at kontakt@ksiegowskaz.pl.

2. What data we collect

We process data you provide yourself and data collected automatically while you use the Service.

• Account data — name, email address, password and company details (including the tax ID).
• Accounting and HR data — documents, ledger entries, contact details of your clients and suppliers, and employee data entrusted to us by the User.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and usage logs.

3. Purposes & legal basis

We process data to provide the Service (performance of a contract), to meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax law, and for our legitimate interests such as security and product improvement.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with trusted processors that help us run the Service — payment providers, hosting and email providers — and with public authorities such as KSeF or the social security office where required by law. We never sell your data.

5. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as you have an account and afterwards only as long as required by accounting and tax regulations, typically up to 5 years from the end of the relevant tax year.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify or erase it, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

7. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences such as language and theme, and to measure traffic anonymously. You can manage cookies in your browser settings at any time.

• Preference cookies — remember your language, theme and interface settings.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how the Service is used.
