Terms of Service

1. Definitions

The Service — the Księgowskaz online application available at ksiegowskaz.pl. The User — a business or person using the Service. The Operator — TODO: registered name of the Service operator.

2. Scope of service

The Service lets users keep accounting records, run HR and payroll, issue and exchange sales documents, accept online payments, and use optional modules such as KSeF, e-Delivery, in-store sales and the accounting-office panel.

• The Service is provided online, with no installation required.
• The Operator may add, change or remove features to improve the Service.

3. Account & registration

To use the Service, the User creates an account by providing the required details. The User is responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the permissions granted to employees and to the accounting office.

4. Plans & payments

The Service is offered in Start, Pro and Business plans. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Prices are net and a VAT invoice is issued for each payment.

5. Responsibilities

The User is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered into records and documents and for meeting tax obligations on time. The Operator ensures the availability and security of the Service with reasonable care.

6. Termination

The User may cancel the subscription at any time. After cancellation, the User can export their data and documents. The Operator may suspend an account in case of a serious breach of these Terms.

7. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. The Operator may amend these Terms, informing Users in advance via email or in the application.
